The KneeKGTM:
an evidence-based knee exam to grow your practice

The KneeKGTM system is the first clinically validated tool that meets the needs for objective and quantifiable biomechanical markers to optimize biomechanical outcomes and to help understand the causes of the patient’s symptoms.

Drive growth of your organization with a new service

  • Performed in-clinic in only 20 minutes
  • Safe and easy-to-use
  • Low space requirements
  • Visual aids with explanations are available for the patient, involving them more in the rehabilitation process, which increases adherence to the treatment plan

How is a KneeKG exam performed?

Designed to eliminate movement artifact of the skin, the KneeKG system’s exoskeleton is placed on the patient’s lower limb. Then, using an optical system, the biomechanical markers are assessed in 3 planes of movement with high accuracy during a short walk on a treadmill. (Error margins: 0.4° adduction-varus/abduction-valgus, 2.3° axial-tibial int./ext. rotation, and 2.4 mm AP translation)

The exam lasts 20 minutes. With our new AI-driven KneeKG App+, consultation reports and patient educational reports are available 5 minutes after completing the test.

Integrated in the care algorithm, the KneeKG system approach has demonstrated:

  • 42% Reduced pain1
  • 84% Patient Satisfaction2
  • 88% Treatment adherence after 3 months1
  • HIGH PRECISION to confirm appropriateness for surgery3
  • Reduced biomechanical markers that are risk factors for osteoarthritis progression, ie. varus-thrust

Understanding causes of knee pain and symptoms with the KneeKG system

Unlike MRI and X-ray which demonstrate static images of the knee, the KneeKG analyzes the patient’s knee movements and function.

Following the exam, based on the objective data obtained, you can immediately make a precise diagnosis and suggest suitable exercises for the rehabilitation of your patient.
